I do not have the confidence in my ability to stop the mouths of those who speak wrongs. That is my own responsibility to learn more and to gain the confidence in the word of God. I want to learn...not just be a dailybiblereader...but actually learn the things God wants me to know. He kept His word intact for a reason...and do not want to take His Word for granted.

And it's not just enough to know the Word. I must develop the confidence and guts to say what I know. Jeremiah spoke the Lord's word, even when he was facing the threat of death! He stood and spoke what God told him to speak. He knew it wasn't a "feel good" message....he knew he was stepping on some toes....he knew he was going to make some people uncomfortable and even angry. Yet he spoke.

It is always right to agree with God. Lord let help me learn.

I have been hesitant to speak about what I believe or what I understand regarding the Bible. I don't feel comfortable enough ... confident enough. I'm just starting to get to a place where there are some things I am SURE of.

Even when writing on blogs I get nervous about expressing my opinion ... or my understanding of what the Bible is saying. I don't want someone to be offended or misled just because I happen to state something incorrectly.

Remembering that it is always right to agree with God is the best way for me to go. I do not ever want to start putting my opinion in place of God's Word.
